About the job HR Supervisor Generalist (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description:
1. Manage personnel administration: employee data, attendance, leave, and employment contracts.
2. Act as a bridge between management and employees in handling complaints, conflicts, and workforce needs.
3. Develop and implement employee engagement programs and internal activities to increase employee motivation and loyalty.
4. Manage the performance appraisal process, feedback, and employee competency development.
5. Develop and update job descriptions and organizational structures according to business needs.
6. Develop and manage the HR department budget.
7. Conduct workforce needs analysis (manpower planning) and compile HR metrics reports for management.
Competencies & Requirements:
1. Active Mandarin language skills are MUST (spoken, written, and listening).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist preferably from the retail, e-commerce, or high-dynamic companies industry.
3. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related field.
4. In-depth understanding of employee relations, performance management, industrial relations, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
5. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented approach."
