Job Description:
1. Review production schedules, allocate resources, monitor
execution, and report deviations to PPIC and GM Operations.
2. Monitor daily production reports, analyze trends, and provide
recommendations to improve efficiency.
3. Identify causes of unplanned downtime, implement corrective
actions, and reduce downtime to maintain consistent production
flow.
4. Conduct inspections and audits to uphold quality standards,
implement corrective actions, and collaborate with QC to ensure
consistent compliance throughout production.
5. Enforce safety protocols through audits and meetings, ensure full
compliance, and minimize incidents in collaboration with the HSE
Coordinator.
6. Identify workflow and process inefficiencies, collaborate with
Engineering and Maintenance to optimize equipment performance,
and lead quarterly improvement projects with results reported to the
GM of Operations.
7. Review inventory reports, monitor usage trends, identify
potential shortages, and coordinate replenishment to prevent
production delays.
8. Coordinate with mechanics and engineers to schedule preventive
maintenance, plan repairs or upgrades, and ensure equipment
reliability and readiness.
9. Compile and submit monthly reports to the GM of Operations,
summarizing efficiency, downtime, and cost savings from
consolidated daily reports.
10. Monitor production costs and implement efficiency measures to
achieve 310% annual savings while maintaining quality standards.
11. Oversee order fulfillment to ensure 99% on-time delivery and
maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
12. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align operational goals,
conduct risk assessments and change management, mentor future
leaders, and hold weekly performance reviews to optimize
processes.
13. Monitor raw material usage and implement strategies to reduce
material loss below 17%, ensuring optimal resource utilization and
minimal waste.
14. Develop and document standardized operating procedures to
ensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant production
processes.
15. Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to enhance staff
training, and develop role-specific syllabi for operations workers.
16. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity,
quality, accuracy, and data collection, enabling measurable
production improvements and data-driven decision-making.
17. Coordinate with Production Supervisors to allocate manpower
effectively across shifts and work areas to meet production targets.
18. Work with the finance and operations teams to create the
annual budget, ensuring alignment with production forecasts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Preferably Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Management.
Candidates from related technical fields with relevant production experience
are also welcome.
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
3. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
4. Experienced in quality control and production line management.
5. Familiar with production software (e.g., ERP, MES).
6. Knowledgeable in safety standards and environmental regulations,
especially in charcoal manufacturing.
7. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
8. Proven leadership and team management across functions.
9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
10. Effective communicator with strong collaboration abilities.
11. Highly organized and strong attention to detail in managing the schedule.
12. Skilled in production planning and control.
13. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards are a
plus but not required.
