Investment Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:
1. Design and implement investment strategies in Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
2. Lead investment transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border financing.
3. Build collaborative networks with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), banks, investors, and regional partners.
4. Develop geopolitical risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable financial regulations.
5. Oversee various strategic projects, including supply chain financing and investor relations (IR) presentations in Hong Kong.

Competencies & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, or mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in Southeast Asia.

2. Experience working in a public company or foreign-invested company in the Asia Pacific region is an added advantage.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
4. CFA or CPA certification is an added advantage.
5. Strong negotiation, analytical, multitasking, and leadership skills.
