Job Description:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a sustainable supply of raw materials and competitive pricing.
2. Conduct market, trend, and availability analyses to identify profitable purchasing opportunities.
3. Draft and negotiate purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
4. Manage the ordering and delivery process, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Coordinate with the production team to plan raw material requirements and effectively adjust purchasing strategies.
6. Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and inventory optimization.
7. Maintain a database of suppliers, inventory, and other related data.

Competencies & Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills. Minimum HSK 5.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics procurement role.
3. Deep understanding of best practices in supply chain management, including negotiation strategies, market analysis, and inventory optimization.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
5. Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with a focus on priorities and deadlines.
6. Knowledge of procurement-related systems and technologies, such as ERP and analytics tools.
