Job Description:
1. Oversee the procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries of goods.

2. Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure optimal stock levels for production without over-or-under stocking.

3. Oversee the organization, safety, and efficiency of the warehouse, ensuring space optimization and safety compliance.

4. Manage and lead the logistics team, including export coordinators, warehouse staff, and inventory controllers.

5. Supervise and coordinate export processes, including bookings, documentation, customs declarations, and on-time shipment to overseas clients.

6. Ensure all supply chain processes, especially exports, comply with local and international regulations and proper documentation.

7. Ensure alignment between production schedules and material availability, optimizing production flow and inventory costs.

8. Track and control logistics and supply chain expenses to optimize costs of inventory, storage, and transportation while maintaining efficiency in operations.

9. Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain and logistics teams, ensuring targets are met.

10. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to secure best prices, quality materials, and delivery schedules.

11. Oversees and manages supplier and vendor contracts, ensuring all terms, conditions, and performance metrics are met. Negotiates, reviews, renews, or terminates contracts based on performance and compliance with company standards.

12. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks within the supply chain, including supplier reliability, transportation disruptions, and market volatility. Develops and implements strategies to minimize risks affecting supply chain continuity.

13. Conducts comprehensive assessments of suppliers and vendors to evaluate their performance, quality standards, delivery timeliness, and financial stability. This ensures alignment with company needs and regulatory requirements.

14. Analyze and reduce lead times for raw materials (including packaging material) and finished goods to improve production and shipment schedules.

15. Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/logistics (manufacturing/export).
3. Proficiency in supply chain management software.
4. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
5. Solid knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations.
6. Proven expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations.
7. Experience in contract development and risk management.
8. Familiarity with RDF and inventory tracking technologies is preferred.
9. Demonstrated experience in forecasting and planning for Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory practices.
10. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
11. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
12. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
13. Strategic thinking and effective planning abilities.
14. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
15. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification (preferred).
16. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.
17. Willingness to be based in Semarang or Karanganyar.
18. Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to dynamic production schedules and deadlines.
19. Ability to undertake occasional long trips to Sulawesi to communicate with farmers or suppliers.
