About the job ACCOUNTANT (ALL-ROUNDER)
1. Position Overview
The Accountant (All-Rounder) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and general office administrative activities. This role supports the finance department and ensures compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations (Perpajakan Indonesia), and internal company policies. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of working independently and supporting multi-project operations.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping for all company transactions.
- Handle AP/AR, petty cash, expense claims, bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage project-based costing and expense allocation.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenditure and provide variance reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required.
- Manage closing activities: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
B. Taxation (Indonesia)
- Handle full tax compliance including:
- PPN, PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Final, and annual SPT reports for both company and employees.
- Ensure e-Faktur and e-Billing submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Review tax invoices and ensure proper documentation supporting each transaction.
- Advise management on tax exposure, saving opportunities, and regulatory updates.
C. Office Administration & Support Activities
- Manage office procurement, vendor payments, and administration tracking.
- Support HR for payroll calculation, BPJS reporting, and attendance summaries.
- Coordinate with project teams for documentation, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain organized filing systems for finance and office documents.
- Handle general admin tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
D. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain compliance with PSAK, Indonesian tax laws, and company SOP.
- Prepare monthly management reports for Directors.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial data and sensitive company information.

3. Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in general accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation system and e-Faktur/e-Billing.
- Experience in handling full-set accounts in medium/large organization preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software (Accurate/Journal/SAP), e-Faktur.
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & basic English).
- High integrity, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

5. Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
Saturday (half-day), as required by company operations.
