Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Lead HR planning and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the pharma industry.

Implement robust onboarding, training, and development programs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Build a strong employer-employee relationship, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion a performance-driven culture.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

Manage HR operations including payroll, HRMS, attendance, benefits, and statutory compliance.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory standards, and pharma-specific guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, etc.).

5. Performance Management:
Oversee performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, feedback).
Support leadership in succession planning and capability building.

6. Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs aligned with technical and regulatory pharma needs.
Promote continuous learning and leadership development.

7. Culture & Change Management:
Drive cultural transformation initiatives and support change management efforts.
Act as a steward for organizational values, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-12-18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or allied life sciences sectors.
-Strong understanding of HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
-Excellent knowledge of labor laws, pharma compliance, and HR systems.
-Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing HR teams.
