About the job Accounting & Admin Assistant and HR
This role is responsible for handling routine accounting, tax, labor, and administrative tasks in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
The position requires timely execution of monthly and periodic submissions related to payroll, taxation, social security, financial reports, and visa/work permit matters, in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit monthly PPH (Income Tax), VAT/PPN (Value Added Tax) reports
- Manage monthly BPJS (Social & Health Insurance) submissions
- Process payroll, prepare payroll reports, and issue payment vouchers
- Create invoices, debit notes, and manage Faktur Pajak
- Prepare financial reports including bank/cash reports and monthly summaries
- Support visa applications/extensions and work permit processes in coordination with third-party agencies
- Assist in the submission of LKPM (Investment Activity Report) quarterly
- Translate, prepare, and submit various administrative documents as required
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures (experience preferred)
- Proficiency in English OR Japanese
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
