## Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality control or related field.
3. Certification: Certification in quality control or quality assurance, such as the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), is a plus.
4. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.
