## Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
2. Takeoff and Quantity Calculation: Perform takeoff and quantity calculations to determine the amount of materials and labor required for the project.
3. Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to identify potential cost savings and optimize project budgets.
4. Bid Preparation: Prepare bids for civil construction projects, including estimating costs, creating bid proposals, and submitting bids to clients.
5. Project Cost Management: Work with project managers to track and manage project costs, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
## Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating or related field.
3. Certification: Certification in estimating or construction management, such as the Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), is a plus.
4. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
