Responsibilities;
- Assists to the Company in complying with Group compliance standards and in managing compliance risk including but not limited to Consumer Protection & Data Privacy.
- Assist and facilitate a strong country compliance network, leveraging on best practice sharing and learning to continuously improve effectiveness of compliance initiatives and existing framework.
- Promote continuous compliance training by driving the effective implementation of core compliance trainings and providing compliance training for certain targeted participants.
- Keep up to date on local compliance issues and ensure their timely escalation, reporting and resolution.
- Assist the Company in developing and maintaining a strong awareness and proactive attitude towards compliance. Work towards ensuring that compliance requirements are fully embedded into operational processes and provide day to day consultation for other departments.
- Coordinate development of policies and procedures to ensure not only consistency in the compliance culture, processes and structures across the Company.
- Ensure early identification of emerging legislative and regulatory developments that may significantly impact the business
Ensure all of internal standards and procedures in line with relevant legal and regulatory developments - Assist in ensuring timely reporting, to be submitted to regulators and shareholders.
- Manage compliance monitoring log
- Assist the Company with the development and effective dissemination of compliance messages and core compliance training materials.
Provide recommendation or advice to business unit regarding the new initiative, product as well as the business process including but not limited to Data Privacy & Consumer Protection; - Advising the entity on the implementation of operational procedures and standards to meet applicable laws, regulations and internal compliance and ethical standards, as well as on specific compliance matters and incidents
Requirements;
- Min. Bachelors Degree in mathematical or statistical field
- Min. 5 years working experience as actuarial excellence
- Preferably pass several PAI (Society of Actuaries of Indonesia) examination modules and ASAI (Associate of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia)
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office (Excel, PPT and Word)
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Good technical skills (programming, actuarial tools, Power BI)
- Fluent in English
