About the job ENGINEERING MANAGER (EPCM Marine, Industrial & Conveyor Projects)
1. Position Overview
The Engineering Manager oversees all engineering activities for EPCM projects, including jetty construction, fuel storage tank farms, conveyor and crushing systems, and industrial workshop facilities. This position ensures that all engineering outputs comply with SNI, API, ASME, AISC, NFPA, and internal EPCM standards while supporting cost optimization, constructability, and project delivery timelines.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Engineering Management
Lead, supervise, and mentor all engineering disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation).
Develop engineering strategy, design basis, specifications, and technical execution plans for each project.
Approve all drawings, design calculations, technical reports, MTOs, and BOQs.
B. Marine & Jetty Engineering
Oversee engineering of piling systems, dolphins, berthing structures, fenders, access walkways, and marine civil works.
Coordinate geotechnical data, soil reports, wave/wind loads, and environmental parameters for design accuracy.
C. Fuel Storage Tanks & Piping
Manage engineering design for API 650/653 tanks, foundations, ring beams, tank farm layout, firefighting systems, and fuel piping networks.
