Partnership Manager (Insurance)

Role Overview: Driving top-line growth by establishing and managing strategic alliances with third-party distributors (B2B, Affinity, or Digital Platforms). This is a purely commercial role focused on retail/life insurance distribution.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: 4–6 years in Partnership Distribution within the Insurance industry.

* Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Life Insurance or Retail Life products. 

* Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in negotiating commission structures, profit-sharing models, and managing partnership P&L.

* Network: Existing relationships with digital ecosystems, finance companies, or retail chains.
