Competencies & Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or Information Technology).
3. Understanding of major marketplace operational systems (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada).
4. Experience working with data analytics, sales reports, and operational KPIs.
5. Strong leadership, cross-division coordination, and problem-solving skills.
6. Results-oriented, meticulous, and accustomed to working in a high-target environment."
