Job Description:
1. Monitor daily bank positions, approve payments, manage cash buffers, and maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast; flag shortfalls and initiate corrective actions.

2. Prepare the annual budget and monthly driver-based forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) linked to production volume, yields, energy/ton, and scrap; highlight gaps vs. targets and propose mitigation plans.

3. Maintain BOM, routings, labor standards, overhead rates, and yield assumptions; approve cost updates post-engineering or price changes and communicate margin impact.

4. Publish weekly variance reports (price, usage, efficiency, mix); identify root causes with action owners and track closures to restore margins.

5. Maintain intercompany transfer pricing documentation and policies; post monthly true-ups; ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and income tax for export transactions.

6. Deliver accurate month-end closing (by Day +5); reconcile ledgers, accruals, and provisions; prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with bridges vs. budget and latest forecast.

7. Ensure accurate invoicing and e-Faktur; perform credit checks and limit setting; drive collections and dispute resolution; post and allocate receipts; deliver DSO reduction plans per customer.

8. Enforce 3-way matching; maintain a clean vendor master; schedule payment runs; optimize terms and early payment discounts; manage withholding taxes; drive DPO optimization.

9. Optimize the Cash Conversion Cycle (DSO, DIO, DPO) with Power BI/Tableau dashboards for real-time tracking, weekly action plans, and monthly KPIs with clear ownership. Co-lead cost-saving initiatives like should-cost analysis, vendor consolidation, EOQ/MOQ, SMED, and energy reduction, ensuring all savings are reflected in the P&L.

10. Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; lead cycle counts and physical stock-takes with Finance oversight; investigate and book variances properly.

11. Coordinate with tax consultants to prepare and review VAT and Income Tax filings (PPh 21/23/25/26); ensure timely submission and payment; monitor export incentives and maintain supporting documents.

12. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and covenant compliance; monitor FX exposure (imports/exports) and execute hedges according to policy.

13. Review investment proposals (NPV, IRR, payback); track project spending; conduct post-implementation reviews and benefit realization analysis.

14. Enforce 3-way match, approval matrix, proper user access, and segregation of duties; maintain accurate vendor master data and close control gaps.

15. Maintain the Chart of Accounts, standardize system postings, automate dashboards (e.g., margin by SKU, CCC, variances), and ensure a single source of financial truth.

16. Prepare audit schedules and PBC lists, support walkthroughs, resolve audit findings promptly, and maintain an up-to-date issues log.

17. Draft and update SOPs for Finance, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Closing processes; train Finance staff and conduct refresher sessions for non-finance teams.

18. Set team goals, coach Finance & Accounting staff, conduct performance reviews, and lead succession planning while promoting a culture of cost discipline and cash ownership.

19. Deliver clear and insightful reports to Directors, including bridges, trend analyses, KPIs, and risk/countermeasure tracking to support strategic decision-making.

20. Identify and assess financial risks, including credit, foreign exchange (FX), and liquidity. Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure appropriate risk coverage, and monitor claims and policy renewals regularly.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Education / Experience
- Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Preferred: Masters in Finance, Accounting, Management, or MBA
- Experience: 712+ years in manufacturing finance (Cost Accounting + FP&A)
- Supervisory: 23+ years leading finance teams
- Additional: Export operations, transfer pricing, standard costing setup, D+5 closing, cost-down & CCC improvement

2. Hard Skills (Technical Competencies)
- Cost Accounting: BOM, routing, overhead, yield, variance
- FP&A: Driver-based budgeting, forecast bridging
- Transfer Pricing: Methods, documentation, monthly true-up
- Tax Compliance: VAT & Income Tax for exporters

- Preferred :US CMA, IFRS/PSAK training, Certified Transfer Pricing, Internal Audit

6. Work Location & Commitment
- Based in Semarang
- Willing to travel to Karanganyar and other sites
- Open to extended hours during month-end closing or audits
- Able to support multi-site standardization and system rollouts
