- Interest in learning about the CX market in the Philippines.

Job Summary:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive / SDR to join our Metro Manila team. You will help find new clients, talk to potential customers, and support the sales team to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look for new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Research companies and learn about their needs to see how our solutions can help.
- Use LinkedIn, company websites, and tools like Apollo to find the right people to contact.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online messages.
- The person should be comfortable reaching out to potential clients, using LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other tools, and be able to understand client needs and explain our product clearly.
- Strong communication skills and being outgoing would be great.
- Create personalised messages to get attention and interest from prospects.
- Explain our products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Build good relationships with clients and follow up on meetings and calls.
- Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to learn and improve sales strategies.
- Try to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Keep track of your activities and report progress to the team.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
