About the job Order Admin

General Description:

The Order Admin is responsible for managing orders, deliveries, inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, factories, vendors, and customers. Key duties include:

  • Creating Purchase Orders (PO) for the factory based on Sales Orders (SO)
  • Generating Delivery Orders after SO completion
  • Coordinating with factories, customers, and vendors
  • Arrange wet sample requests and update daily sample reports
  • Monitoring production and forecasting orders
  • Using Kintone systems to support logistics and administration

Work experience requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Order Admin, Sales Admin, or related field)

Education Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a related discipline field

  • Male/Female, minimum age 25 years
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Confident, communicative, and team-oriented
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and responsible
