About the job Order Admin
General Description:
The Order Admin is responsible for managing orders, deliveries, inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, factories, vendors, and customers. Key duties include:
- Creating Purchase Orders (PO) for the factory based on Sales Orders (SO)
- Generating Delivery Orders after SO completion
- Coordinating with factories, customers, and vendors
- Arrange wet sample requests and update daily sample reports
- Monitoring production and forecasting orders
- Using Kintone systems to support logistics and administration
Work experience requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Order Admin, Sales Admin, or related field)
Education Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related discipline field

- Male/Female, minimum age 25 years
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Confident, communicative, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated, flexible, and responsible
