Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Requirements

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai mekanik alat berat
• Memiliki pengalaman handle , excavator, crane, truck,
• Memiliki pengetahuan yg baik mengenai hydraulic system, final drive, diesel engine dengan system common rail

Key Skills & Technical Competence

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems in heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, trucks, cranes, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment components: engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps/motors,final drive, common rail,cylinders, control valves, undercarriage, and braking systems.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and measuring instruments (multimeter, hydraulic pressure gauge, micrometer, etc.).
• Familiar with preventive maintenance schedules and service intervals (e.g., 250h, 500h, 1000h services).
• Competence in troubleshooting electronic control systems (ECU, sensors, wiring).
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to read technical drawings/manuals (English proficiency is an advantage).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, remote sites,
• Driving license (SIM B2 or SIM A) is preferred.
