Role Overview

Our client is looking for a German-Speaking Retention Agent to join their growing team within the forex industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build strong client relationships, maintain engagement, and support long-term account activity in a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, strengthening relationships, encouraging continued activity, and delivering a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing German-speaking clients
• Build trust and engagement with clients through regular communication
• Support client retention strategies and encourage ongoing account activity
• Understand client needs and provide suitable guidance in line with company processes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Follow up on existing accounts and identify opportunities to strengthen client loyalty
• Keep accurate records of client communication and activity
• Meet individual and team performance targets in line with the business goals

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in retention, sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred
• Experience within forex, financial services, or digital sales would be considered a strong advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to engage and influence clients
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setup
• Candidates working remotely should have their own equipment/hardware
• Cyprus-based candidates have the option to work from the office if preferred
