German-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Forex
We are supporting a client in the forex industry who is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is fully remote and suited to someone who is confident on calls, organised in their approach, and able to deliver a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication in German across calls, email, and other support channels
- Assist clients with general account and service-related queries
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional support at all times
- Escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Experience within forex, trading, financial services, or a similar environment would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industry
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using internal systems

- 100% remote
- Candidates should be based within GMT+2 to GMT-2
- Standard working hours are 8 hours per day
- In some cases, 6-hour shifts may also be considered
