German-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Forex

We are supporting a client in the forex industry who is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is fully remote and suited to someone who is confident on calls, organised in their approach, and able to deliver a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer communication in German across calls, email, and other support channels
  • Assist clients with general account and service-related queries
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional support at all times
  • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
  • Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
  • Experience within forex, trading, financial services, or a similar environment would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industry
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using internal systems

Additional Information

  • 100% remote
  • Candidates should be based within GMT+2 to GMT-2
  • Standard working hours are 8 hours per day
  • In some cases, 6-hour shifts may also be considered
