What youll do

• Operate CNC router and panel saw to produce cabinet components and bespoke parts (nesting, drilling, profiling).
• Import/prepare programs (e.g., DXF/CAD/CAM), set tools, run jobs, and maintain machines.
• Edge-band, label, and quality-check parts against drawings and tolerances.
• Optimise sheets for minimal waste; maintain cutting lists and production records.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep the workshop tidy and safe.

What youll need

• 13+ years operating CNC router/panel saw in joinery or similar manufacturing.
• Comfortable with CAD/CAM basics and reading technical drawings.
• Understanding of materials (MDF, plywood, laminates, solid wood) and feeds/speeds.
• Precision mindset, good maths/measurement skills, and safe machine operation.
• Nice to have: Experience with edgebander, drilling/boring machines; Alphacam/AutoCAD/SketchUp; Lean/5S habits.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site in Gozo; standard weekdays with occasional Saturdays or early starts/late finishes for site deadlines (overtime paid).
• Physically active roleslifting, carrying, and working at height as required.
• PPE and tools provided; training on company standards and H&S included.
