As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
• Review and interpret technical drawings and designs
• Collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications
• Make necessary modifications and adjustments to existing drawings and designs
• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project standards and guidelines
• Provide comprehensive plans & instructions in respect of installations and to liaise with the installer to ensure that the work is carried out to the customer's total satisfaction and in accordance with SLA's
• Maintain drawing and design files and ensure they are up-to-date
• Communicate regularly with project teams to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
• Attend project meetings as required
• Continually develop skills and knowledge in CAD software and related technologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working as a CAD Technician
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
