I'm recruiting for a fast-scaling AV company that's about to enter a major growth phase; new clients, bigger projects, and serious investment in technology and people. They already have a fantastic portfolio of London clients, and they're only just getting started.

What You'll Do

• Bring newly installed AV systems to life across London
• Fine-tune VC, audio, and presentation systems to a high standard
• Solve real technical problems on site
• Work closely with programmers, designers, and PMs
• Support clients during handover and training
• Keep documentation tight and updated
• Carry out occasional follow-ups to ensure quality remains flawless

What You Bring

• Solid AV commissioning experience
• Strong understanding of signal flow & networking basics
• Confident problem-solver
• Great communication and a collaborative approach
• Keen to learn, grow, and push yourself
• DSP/control experience? Great. If not, they'll train you.
