About the Role:

Were recruiting on behalf of a brilliant business with a strong, supportive team and a genuinely positive working culture. This is a company that cares about its people, encourages collaboration, and gives individuals the space to do their best work.

They're now looking for a Social Media Executive who understands social media beyond simply posting. This is a hands-on, mid-level role where you'll plan, create, deliver, analyse, and refine content across multiple brands, with real ownership and the support of an experienced marketing team around you.

You'll be trusted to take responsibility, but never left to figure things out alone.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll manage and grow organic social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X, working closely with marketing, website, and creative colleagues.

  • Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content across multiple brands

  • Owning organic social media activity and supporting paid social and remarketing campaigns

  • Creating, filming, and editing short-form video content (phone or camera-based)

  • Managing social content calendars and planning activity around product launches and campaigns

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure joined-up, consistent messaging

  • Monitoring trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity

  • Tracking performance, reporting on results, and optimising content during live campaigns

  • Attending photoshoots when required to capture content and behind-the-scenes material

  • There will also be opportunities to get involved in influencer collaborations and paid social activity as the role develops

The Person:

This role would suit someone who's creative, organised, and comfortable taking ownership, while also enjoying working as part of a close, supportive team.

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

  • Strong short-form video content creation skills

  • Confidence filming and editing social content

  • Experience using scheduling tools and social analytics platforms

  • Some exposure to paid social advertising and remarketing

  • Strong planning and organisational skills

  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and a willingness to learn and improve

Working Pattern:

  • Hybrid working: 3 days office-based in Chichester / 2 days from home

  • First 3 months fully office-based to support onboarding and team integration

  • Flexibility to attend the office for photoshoots when needed

Additional Information:

  • Up to £35,000 per year (DOE)

  • Permanent, full-time position

  • Free on-site parking

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where people are respected, supported, and encouraged to grow, while doing meaningful, hands-on social media work in a collaborative environment.
