What does the day to day look like?

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Providing product information to assist customer decision-making
  • Processing customer orders with high attention to detail
  • Developing and nurturing customer relationships through regular communication
  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience

What are we looking for in you?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary and they should excel at working independently with strong communication skills.
