The Role:

Your role will involve:

• Fostering strong working relationships with clients through regular communication to ensure they feel valued and appreciated
• Ensuring that clients fully benefit from the outstanding services offered by the company
• Addressing client concerns with empathy and attention to detail
• Presenting clients with retention offers and solutions where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records of ongoing client activity
• Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to gather and exchange information
