Location: Surrey and surrounding areas, with occasional work in London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

We're working with a highly regarded, specialist technology company delivering premium AV solutions to high-value customers across Surrey, the surrounding areas and occasionally London.

This is a pivotal appointment. You won't simply join as another AV Engineer, you'll become an important part of a close-knit team and have the opportunity to help shape how the technical side of the business develops over the coming years.

The owners are hands-on and work closely with the team, so your ideas, experience and contribution will be noticed. As the company grows, there is real scope for this position to grow with it.

What You'll Be Doing:

The role will focus predominantly on audiovisual installation and integration within high-end residential environments.

Your work will include:

• Installing and integrating high-quality audiovisual systems
• Working with smart-home and home-automation technology
• Installing and supporting Control4 systems
• Working with Lutron and Crestron technology where required
• Carrying out system testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Supporting surveillance and wider integrated technology systems
• Ensuring every installation is completed neatly, accurately and to an exceptional standard
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers
• Working closely with the owner and wider team to deliver a first-class service
• Developing your technical knowledge through further training and hands-on experience

These are high-value installations within customers' homes, so professionalism, discretion and attention to detail are essential.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with practical AV installation experience and some previous exposure to Control4. You don't need to use it every day or already know everything about the platform, but you must understand the fundamentals and be keen to develop your knowledge through further training.

Experience with Lutron or Crestron would also be highly beneficial.
