Functional Accountabilities

Ability to read and interpret basic document, safety rules and other correspondence.
Ability to use carpentry equipments and tools.
Must wear long sleeves shirt, able to stand the heat , not history of allergies or other related substances , no breathing problems , must wear respiratory mask at all the time.
Must be able to lift and push up to 50 Pound (between 50 and 100 Pounds)
Report to Supervisor any issues with the materials or equipment of carpentry itself.
Work in an organized manner, cleanliness is extremely important, because this is part of the safety too.
Able to work in a team (Team Orientate) and able to do overtime if the company requires.
Able to work in a climate-controlled environment.
Must be available for regular standby assignments and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required

Required Experience
5 years minimum experience in a similar post

All staff has the following safety responsibilities and is accountable to their supervisor(s) and Head of Department:
- To comply with the relevant safety requirements and procedures outlined in the Aerodrome Operations Manual and Safety Management System and any other instructions or notices issued by Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
- To comply with the safety requirements detailed within their training.
- To advise their Head of Department and the Airport Duty Officer team of any safety occurrence or system failure and to identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern affecting safety via one of the following means.
- Report directly to the Safety Department or an immediate supervisor.
- Submitting an Accident/ Incident Report.
- Support safety audits as and investigations as they occur.
