About the job Procurement Assistant- Temporary ( 2months)
Reports To: Senior Procurement Officer
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Department in ensuring timely and compliant purchasing of goods and services for RAK Airport.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in obtaining quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and supporting purchase requisition processes.

Coordinate with vendors for documentation, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.

Support the preparation and filing of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.

Maintain procurement databases, track order status, and update records.

Ensure compliance with airport procurement policies and approval workflows.

Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Prior experience in procurement or administrative support preferred.
- College Graduates are also welcome to apply.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work part-time hours efficiently and meet deadlines.
Should be on own visa.
Temporary role for 2 months.
- Willing to live and work in RAK.
