Guest Service Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible to greet and make your guest feel theyve made the right choice to stay with us. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our facility to our guests. You will be responsible for the entire experience from beginning to end in our facilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering, assisting, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals/departments

  • Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.

  • Ensure valid identification is taken from guests at check-in

  • Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner

  • Answer all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns

  • Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges

  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring.

  • Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.


Qualifications: (experience needed and education)

  • At least three months of experience in a similar role


Salary: Between $17.00 - $18.00/ hour based on experience

Vacation: 2 weeks per year after first year worked

Benefits: Group insurance benefits including dental, health and vision. Long term disability.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per week

Language: At least intermediate English is required.
