Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations across multiple online sales channels and supplier portals. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing marketplace listings, orders, pricing, and inventory, who is comfortable working across multiple systems and following structured processes. 

Key Responsibilities

~ Manage and maintain product listings across multiple platforms

~ Process and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

~ Update pricing, inventory levels, and product details as needed

~ Coordinate order flow between marketplaces and supplier portals

~ Identify and resolve listing, order, or inventory issues

~ Maintain accurate records and reports

~ Communicate effectively with internal teams as required

Platforms & Tools Experience

Required Experience

• SellerCloud

• Walmart Marketplace

• eBay

• Shopify

• Home Depot (vendor or marketplace portal)

Strong Advantage (Nice to Have)

• Zoro

• MSC

• Lowes

• Tractor Supply

• Northern Tool

Candidates are not required to have experience with all platforms listed under Strong Advantage, but prior exposure to one or more is highly preferred.

Requirements

~ Proven experience working with the platforms listed above

`~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

~ Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously

~ Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

~ Prior e-commerce or marketplace support experience

Preferred Skills

~ Experience with product sourcing or supplier-based marketplaces

~ Familiarity with inventory and order management systems

~ Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
