 Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Product Analyst to support our Product and Engineering teams. This role will manage incoming triage requests, support operational troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement across internal processes, data requests, and customer-facing features. You'll partner cross-functionally to identify product gaps, streamline workflows, and improve the overall product experience.

  • Familiarize yourself with relevant databases to investigate impacted customers and assess the scope and severity of issues when they arise.
  • Create reporting and tracking dashboards to monitor production support performance, identify recurring issues, and report on the overall health of incoming requests.
  • Identify recurring or systemic issues and collaborate with Engineering to define permanent fixes that eliminate one-off, repeat issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and department leads to understand pain points, align on priorities, and propose impactful process improvements.
  • Identify high-impact enhancements that align with OKRs and prioritize them based on business value.
  • Create and document fully scoped user stories and requirements aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Present enhancements to Engineering for refinement and collaborate on implementation approaches.
  • Maintain, groom, and prioritize the product backlog for small enhancements focusing on business impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal applications and workflows; support the product team by documenting current-state processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in validating bug fixes and small enhancements to ensure releases meet business and user needs.

What you'll bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Retail Energy Industry or a related energy sector.
  • Experience in an analytical or operations-focused role, ideally within product, operations, or business analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable digging into data and systems to identify issues.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of internal tooling, back-office workflows, and business processes in a fast-paced environment.
