As the main point of contact for customers, this role plays a critical part in building and maintaining positive relationships. You will be responsible for introducing key products to customers and providing friendly and efficient support over the phone.

As the Customer Service Representative you will:

  • As the face of the company, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers
  • Going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations through seamless reservation and sales processes
  • Responding to questions and addressing any concerns with empathy and a solution-focused approach
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of bookings to maintain the integrity of product
  • Guiding guests through the entire journey, from inquiry to post-sale, by booking, generating invoices, and following up as needed
  • Keeping database updated, accurate, and verifying client information and making necessary corrections
  • Quoting prices and payment terms, and promoting sales through outbound calls and a personalized sales process
  • Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to promote and sell vacations based on customers' travel history and preferences
  • Providing regular updates and excelling in customer service, both before and after travel
  • Staying knowledgeable about company, industry, and destinations to best serve and inform customers
  • Managing multiple databases and computer systems with ease

Your Customer Service Representative experience includes:

  • Intermediate experience using MS Suite
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk or administrative assistant strongly preferred
  • Experience communicating with internal and external customers
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound calls
  • Must be located in Utah
