Position: Senior Payroll Manager

Owing to the continued expansion of our client base, we are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following position

Reporting to:

  • Executive Director and Director for Accounting and Payroll Department

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff providing outsource payroll services for a range of mainly international clients;
  • Analyse and reconcile payroll and related statutory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax / Social Fund requirements;
  • Responsibility for the full payroll cycle, including payments to clients staff and related filings
  • Ensure that all payrolls are processed promptly
  • Liaison with clients representatives
  • Identifying potential problems and referring these to Senior Management on a timely basis
  • Handling complicated expatriate taxation issues, including RoH, IHQ, tax equalization, benefits and foreign currency translations;
  • Completion of annual statutory filings (PND 1 Kor and Workmens Compensation) on a timely basis.
  • Completion of expatriates annual personal tax filings (PND91, PND95)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 5-years experience in payroll
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Good knowledge of Thailand HR, personal tax and social security regulations
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge of personal income tax requirements for ROH and IHQ
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Knowledge in Chinese (Mandarin) language is an advantage but not essential
