Job accountabilities

To assist with a range of day-to-day tasks including, but not restricted to:

  • Maintaining chart of accounts to ensure payments and source of funds can be processed efficiently.
  • Understanding the different requirements and processes for different categories of assets and liabilities.
  • Maintaining and updating accounting registers on our system.
  • Assisting the team with bookkeeping.
  • Supporting the team with the preparation of client reporting.
  • Ensuring timesheet is completed daily.

Minimum education and experience

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Some office or general administrative experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Required skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal English,
  • Good IT skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn both through professional qualifications and on the job training.
  • An interest in understanding the different areas of the company, the services the company provides, and our values and culture.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services would be beneficial
