You'll help develop the business by providing and promoting a first class personal service to existing and prospective clients, working closely with Directors and the wider management team to ensure business growth whilst meeting regulatory and internal administration needs.


Job description:


This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

  • Act as Relationship Lead for a portfolio of clients, maximising revenue from these relationships and achieving client retention
  • Member of the senior management team and responsible for the management of various asset classes
  • Work closely with the Director Client Services in assuming day-to-day responsibility for all matters arising in relation to these areas
  • Provides technical advice to clients and employees in complex matters, whilst making use of the internal expertise from in-house tax, compliance, legal and so forth
  • Undertakes marketing meetings with potential clients and intermediaries
  • Contributes to the development of the business and its profitability both by maximising revenue from existing clients and seeking to win new business/clients
  • Understand and apply local legislation relating to the conduct of trust and/or fiduciary business to ensure that the business complies with regulatory requirements
  • Manage operational risks in accordance with local procedures
  • Act as point of reference on complaints and problem cases
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
  • Participates in the development of new products
  • Guiding, coaching and assisting with the development and training of their direct reports to deliver and maintain high levels of service and work standards
  • Acting as a representative of the corporate directors


Skills & Experience 


  • Exceptional team management skills, coaching and developing the team
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A strong academic background
  • At least 10 years experience working in a fiduciary environment
  • Have an expert level of client administration
  • Have expert technical knowledge of tax compliance and commonly used tax structuring
  • STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Exceptional team management skills, coaching and developing the team
