Associate (Dispute Resolution)

 Job Description:

Our Dispute Resolution service line represents one of the largest offshore teams and we provide advice on technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of complex contentious commercial issues and disputes.

Working closely with clients, including leading institutional and independent fiduciary businesses, you will be dealing with commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency and will need to support our senior fee earners in delivering technically sound legal advice and excellent client service.

You will manage your own financial responsibilities including time recording, billing, WIP and debt, contribute to producing fee estimates and quotations and ensure clients are fully informed as to the fees and disbursements that will be incurred on each matter. Staying up to date with new legislation and topics of interest in the relevant markets and how these changes affect clients and matters is also key.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


We want to hear from experienced associates (3+ years PQE) with a litigation background from a relevant law firm environment, coupled with excellent academics.
