Senior Administrator - Operations & Business Support

Role overview

As a Senior Administrator, Operations & Business Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and risk management activities. Collaborating with administration teams, you will focus on ensuring data integrity and control, contributing to the efficiency and value of our services to client-facing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Processing & Review
  • Dynamic Risk Assessment (DRA)
  • CRS/FATCA

Other:

  • Manage key data input within the DRA module in Acumen.
  • Assist in inputting new business key data and monitor changes triggering third-party reporting.
  • Provide cover for MyRegistry submissions and manage data in Acumen & at the Registry.
  • Manage the process of Annual Confirmation Statement filings.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Background in trust & company administration preferred.
  • Holding or studying towards a relevant professional qualification.

Skills:

  • IT awareness, preferably with Excel & Word basics.
  • Organised, with diligence and accuracy in data input.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Risk awareness & understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.

Five years Jersey residency is required for this role, in adherence with the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012.
