Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Head of Guernsey Compliance & MLRO, overseeing compliance for the law firm and regulated entities.
• Act as the MLCO and MLRO, managing financial crime risks, suspicious activity reporting, and regulatory relationships.
• Lead the execution and enhancement of the Compliance Program in Guernsey, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Provide compliance advisory support on business and client risks in line with risk appetite.
• Deliver compliance training and oversee financial crime prevention initiatives across the business.
• Draft and present quarterly compliance reports to boards and senior stakeholders, offering risk analysis and insights.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning, identifying changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global Risk & Compliance teams, the General Counsel, and other business service functions.
