Senior HRIS Support & Development Analyst
Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a Senior HRIS Support & Development Analyst with a strong HR application background to be part of our ambitious, friendly in-house Apps team.
Within our team, you'll be working in the Application Support & Development team and be responsible for the support and maintenance of the applications used by the organisation.

About the role
- Support, ongoing development and maintenance of business applications (both internally developed and vendor-specific).
- Predominantly focus on HR specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning and Payroll further expanding integrations to our other core applications such as Viewpoint, Elite 3E and our SaaS suite.
- Work with clients, third parties, the Strategy Programme Management team, and Business Services colleagues to help identify requirements and deliver enhancements and changes to the business.
- Work directly with our HR colleagues to improve our HR application suite, using tools such as Retool and Integration Builder, as well as built-in Integration engines such as Workday Studio.
- Produce and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk to help improve our entire departments processes
About you
- Demonstrable of experience with HR specific applications, with a strong preference for Workday experience
- Solid experience within an Application Support team or equivalent and their work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and demonstrates good judgement.
- Highly motivated and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a continuously evolving and fast paced environment.
