Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders; including but not limited to clients, colleagues, third party suppliers and providers;
- Implementing agreed concepts and visual imagery, ensuring the Groups branding is consistent and cohesive throughout;
- Sourcing cost effective advertising opportunities, whether in traditional mainstream media or social media, to positively promote the organisation using thought leadership articles and profile raising activities;
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and marketing collateral that attracts and converts our target groups;
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and webinars;
- Writing and proofreading copy;
- Liaising with agencies including designers and printers;
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Maintaining and updating internal CRM database;
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- Sourcing appropriate sponsorship opportunities for the Group to support which enhances and supports the Groups vision and values;
- Conducting market research, for example using client surveys;
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- Evaluating marketing campaigns; producing data driven reports;
- Liaising with other internal departments and key stakeholders;
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data;
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases;
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts and measuring return on investment;
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns; and
- Managing junior members of the team assisting with their development and performance reviews.

Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, ideally gained within the Finance industry; and
- Achieved or working towards a professional Marketing qualification e.g. CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing.
