Supervisor

The Supervisor shall have the following minimum requirements:

a. At least O' Level education

b. Basic knowledge of using MS Office

c. Able to read, write and speak fluent English.

d. The Supervisor shall have at least five (5) years' experience in supervisory work, managing PERSONNEL, and profound understanding of LPG Plant's equipment.

Supervisor

a. Basic knowledge of doing Mini Maintenance by Operators (MMBO)

b. Oversees employees (people management / workforce planning), daily operational targets, productivity, compliance and performance within the CONTRACT.

c. Manage all daily / weekly / monthly / yearly reporting, and coordination.

d. Performance management, training and HSE compliance.

e. Reports to PSOF team.
