POSITION / JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Engineer (AE) is accountable to the Engineer for all relevant mechanical maintenance work carried out by the section and for the standard and timely completion of designated work. He is to assist Engineer in doing any preventive and corrective works to maintain operational status of ship lift systems including ship lift equipment.
