Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for project supervision and tendering in civil engineering works, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil project execution from planning to completion.
• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate technical requirements for project bids.
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in tendering and project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, tendering processes, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
