Job Summary:
The E&I Supervisor will oversee the execution of electrical (Both HV/LV) and instrumentation work, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate E&I Technicians in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Prepare work schedules, material requisitions, and progress reports.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Train and mentor E&I technicians, ensuring competency and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or other certification Electrical & Instrumentation field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in E&I fieldwork, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
