Operator Cum Forklift

The minimum requirement of each PERSONNEL shall be:

a. Have at least SPE education (Form 3) or equivalent to and be literate in English and Malay languages

b. Have knowledge of basic Arithmetic

c. Having basic mechanical knowledge

d. Be physically and mentally fit

e. Be prepared to work long and abnormal hours

f. Forklift certification requirement

g. Valid driving license

Operator cum Forklift

PERSONNEL's tasks shall include, but shall not be limited to:

a. Visual check and count number of LPG cylinders delivered by LPG trucks & trailers in accordance with the Delivery Order.

b. Visual and physical inspection of cylinders condition.

c. Check for leaking cylinders valves and seal.

d. Load and unload C12 & C44 LPG Cylinders to/from the filling hall,

e. Operate filling machines, HMI, HP jetting machine, monitor and understand the weighing scale and electronic leak detector.

f. Filling of C12 & C44 LPG Cylinders.

g. Reconditioning of all LPG Cylinders — Hydro test, vacuum and blasting & painting works.

h. Maintaining daily good housekeeping of the Plant.

i. Any other tasks deemed within the capability of the PERSONNEL and as required by the CONTRACT HOLDER or COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.

j. When operating a forklift, the Personnel shall be competent and authorized to operate the equipment safely.

k. Perform the safe and secure transportation of cylinders within the plant premises.
