Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Head to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, including project launches, ATL/BTL campaigns, brochure and website development, and coordination with architects and creative partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project marketing strategies from concept to execution

• Manage ATL/BTL activities across multiple channels

• Oversee content creation including brochures, websites, and digital assets

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to align branding

• Drive digital marketing efforts tailored to luxury audiences

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors

• Currently in AGM or Senior Manager level roles

• MBA in Marketing or related field

• Proven experience in project launches and campaign management
