Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Executive, you'll be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting the dealership's products and services through outbound calls, helping drive sales and customer engagement.

Scope of the Job:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and promote dealership products and services.
  • Qualify leads, schedule appointments for test drives, and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide reports on call volume and lead conversion.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and participate in training to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales/customer service training is a plus).
  • 2-4 years of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and telephony systems.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
