The Interior Design Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects in their organization.

Job Description

• Supervise project executions of interior design projects
• Supervise execute projects with capable installation teams and report to management
• Manage & maintain exclusive Fitters, Carpenters and drivers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design Team & Factory and ensure on time Project Completion.
• Prepare Handing over documents & ensure Project completion certification for all Projects.
• Report Snags to Project Manager & ensure completion.
• Report On-going & Upcoming Project Status

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering/Architecture, or related field.
  
• Proven working experience (minimum of 2 years) in project management, particularly in interior design, furniture, construction industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management tools,
  
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & be presentable.
  
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Computer skills working knowledge in word, excel power point preferred
