Senior / Sales Executive (Retail / Gensets)

 Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Generate enquiries and collect market information.

2. Visit potential customers for generating new business.

3. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.

4. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.

5. Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.

6. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.

Required Skills:

  • Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical, power industry
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • Should have field sales experience.
  • Should have industrial sales exposure.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have two-wheeler.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
